Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

To access or use Bookie Agent, you represent and warrant that you: (i) are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is greater; (ii) have the full legal capacity, right, and authority to enter into and be bound by these Terms; (iii) and will comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, rules, and regulations in connection with your use of the service.

You are strictly prohibited from using Bookie Agent if: (i) prediction markets, digital asset trading, or related activities are prohibited, restricted, or require licensure in your jurisdiction; (ii) you are located in, or are a resident or national of, any jurisdiction subject to comprehensive sanctions imposed by the United States, the European Union, the United Kingdom, or any other applicable sanctions authority; (iii) or you are otherwise prohibited by law or contractual obligation from using any related third-party services integrated with Bookie Agent.

2. Nature of the Service

Bookie Agent is a software interface and automation tool that facilitates user interaction with third-party prediction market platforms. For the avoidance of doubt, Bookie Agent: (i) does not operate, control, or manage any prediction market or trading venue; (ii) does not create, issue, underwrite, or distribute any financial products or instruments; (iii) does not guarantee the execution, settlement, or outcome of any transaction; (iv) and does not provide, and shall not be construed as providing, any financial, legal, tax, investment, or other professional advice.

You acknowledge and agree that you remain solely and exclusively responsible for: (i) all trading and investment decisions made through or in connection with the service; (ii) verifying order details, (iii) wallet security, (iv) and ensuring full compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and third-party terms of service.

3. AI Disclaimer

Bookie Agent utilizes artificial intelligence systems, machine learning models, and automated workflows to generate outputs and facilitate user interactions. You expressly acknowledge and agree that:

• AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, delayed, misleading, or may fail entirely without prior notice.
• All outputs provided by Bookie Agent are for informational purposes only and shall not be construed as professional, financial, legal, or investment advice.
• AI-generated responses do not constitute recommendations, endorsements, or solicitations of any kind.
• You bear full responsibility for independently verifying all information and confirming all actions prior to execution.
• Bookie Agent makes no representation or warranty as to the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any AI-generated output.

4. Third-Party Platforms

Bookie Agent may integrate with or facilitate access to third-party platforms, protocols, bridges, wallets, exchanges, APIs, smart contracts, or prediction markets (collectively, "Third-Party Services").

We do not own, control, operate, or endorse any Third-Party Services and assume no responsibility or liability for: service outages, downtime, or interruptions; market resolution disputes or errors; incorrect or delayed pricing data; bridge failures or cross-chain transaction errors; smart contract vulnerabilities, bugs, or exploits; wallet failures, compromises, or unauthorized access; or any loss of funds, data, or digital assets caused by or attributable to Third-Party Services. Your use of any Third-Party Services is governed exclusively by the terms, conditions, and privacy policies of the respective third-party providers, and you are solely responsible for reviewing and complying with such terms.

5. Fees

Bookie Agent may charge fees in connection with certain services and functionalities, including but not limited to: (i) trade execution and order routing; (ii) withdrawals and fund transfers; (iii) automated trading strategies and workflows; (iv) or access to premium features and enhanced functionalities.

We reserve the right to modify, introduce, or discontinue any fees at any time, with or without prior notice. Updated fee schedules shall be effective upon posting.

You acknowledge that additional fees imposed by third parties (including, without limitation, blockchain network (gas) fees, bridge fees, exchange fees, and platform fees) may apply separately and are beyond the control of Bookie Agent.

By using the service, you expressly authorize Bookie Agent to deduct all applicable fees from your account, wallet, or transaction proceeds, as applicable.

6. Custody and Wallets

Depending on the product configuration and integration, Bookie Agent may interact with, facilitate access to, or operate in conjunction with digital wallets, session keys, smart contract accounts, multi-signature arrangements, or third-party custodial infrastructure.

You expressly acknowledge and accept that: (i) blockchain transactions are final and irreversible once confirmed on the applicable network, and Bookie Agent has no ability to reverse, cancel, or modify any confirmed transaction; (ii) access to wallets and digital assets may depend on third-party providers, infrastructure, or network conditions beyond our control; (iii) and digital assets may be permanently and irrecoverably lost due to, among other things, private key loss, smart contract failure, network disruption, or unauthorized access.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your accounts, devices, private keys, passwords, and any other credentials associated with your use of the service.

7. No Guarantees

Bookie Agent is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

Without limiting the foregoing, we make no representation or warranty regarding: continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free uptime or availability; the profitability or financial outcome of any transaction or strategy; the quality, speed, or accuracy of trade execution; the availability or liquidity of any particular market or asset; or uninterrupted access to the service or any Third-Party Services.

Prediction markets and digital assets are inherently speculative and carry a high degree of risk, including the risk of total loss of funds.

You acknowledge that you may lose some or all of the funds or digital assets you commit through the service, and that Bookie Agent shall bear no liability for any such losses.

8. Limitation of Liability

Bookie Agent and its operators, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors (collectively, the "Released Parties") shall not be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to: trading or investment losses; missed trading opportunities or market movements; indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any nature; loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings; loss or corruption of data; smart contract exploits, vulnerabilities, or failures; cross-chain bridge failures or errors; API outages, errors, or interruptions; or any other damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the service, regardless of the theory of liability (whether in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise) and even if the Released Parties have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Your access to and use of the service is undertaken entirely at your own risk. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with the use of the service, including any interaction with Third-Party Services, digital assets, or prediction markets.

9. Prohibited Use

You agree that you shall not use, or attempt to use, Bookie Agent for any purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms, including but not limited to: violating any applicable local, state, national, or international law, statute, regulation, or ordinance; engaging in market manipulation, wash trading, spoofing, or any other form of market abuse; evading, circumventing, or attempting to circumvent any applicable sanctions, embargoes, or trade restrictions; engaging in fraud, money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illicit financial activity; abusing, overloading, or interfering with APIs, servers, networks, or infrastructure; interfering with, disrupting, or adversely affecting other users' access to or use of the service; or attempting to gain unauthorized access to any systems, accounts, data, or networks associated with Bookie Agent or any Third-Party Services.

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your access to the service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to any violation of these Terms. Such action shall be without prejudice to any other rights or remedies available to us at law or in equity.

10. Intellectual Property

All software, source code, algorithms, interfaces, designs, trademarks, trade names, logos, branding, content, documentation, and other intellectual property associated with Bookie Agent are and shall remain the exclusive property of Bookie Agent or its respective licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Without our prior written consent, you shall not: copy, reproduce, or duplicate any portion of the service; reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the service; sublicense, resell, distribute, or commercially exploit the service or any component thereof; or create derivative works based on, or otherwise exploit, the service or its content.

11. Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using Bookie Agent, you expressly consent to the collection, use, and processing of your data as described therein and as necessary to operate and improve the service. You acknowledge that certain data may be shared with Third-Party Services in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time in our sole discretion. Any changes shall become effective upon posting of the revised Terms. Your continued use of the service following the posting of any changes constitutes your binding acceptance of such changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates. If you do not agree to any modified Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the service.

13. Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the service at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice, in our sole discretion. You may discontinue your use of the service at any time. Upon termination, all rights and licenses granted to you under these Terms shall immediately cease. Any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall continue in full force and effect, including but not limited to Sections 3, 7, 8, 10, and 14.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the service shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules, unless otherwise required by mandatory law. You agree to waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Bookie Agent.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if modification is not possible, shall be severed from these Terms. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any other policies or agreements referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Bookie Agent with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, proposals, and agreements, whether oral or written, between you and Bookie Agent regarding the service.

18. Beta Disclaimer

Bookie Agent or certain features thereof may be released in beta, alpha, preview, or other experimental form. Such features are provided for testing and evaluation purposes and may: change without notice; contain bugs, errors, or defects; be removed or discontinued at any time; or behave in unexpected or unpredictable ways. Beta features are provided without any warranty or guarantee of continued availability, and your use of such features is at your sole risk. We shall have no liability arising from or related to your use of any beta or experimental features.
